BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in your room or in the hotel lounge weekday from 6.30 am until 10.00 am (weekend from 7.00 pm until 10.30 am). Before 6.30 am please contact reception the night before. It is possible to get your baby’s bottle heaten up on demand.

 

CATERING
Be welcomed in a traditional furnished restaurant with a regional and gourmet dishes (open on Monday to Friday, from mid-day until 3.00 pm and from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm – on Saturday from 7.30 pm until 10.30 pm – not available on Sunday).

 

BAR AND MINI-BAR
A mini-bar is at your disposal in your room. You can find it mineral water, fresh drinks and snack sweets.
The lounge bar welcomes you (from 10.00 am until midnight) in particular for refreshments or tea-time, before or after dinner drinks.
For hot beverages: kettle with complementary tea or coffee, milk and sugar are available free of charge 24 hours a day at the reception desk.

 

SAFE
For your valuables, a safe is at disposal in your room. Please contact reception when you may obtain a key. The management will not be held responsible for items left in the room.

WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS
The hotel in configurated with free Wireless high speed internet access. To get an access code, please see the reception desk. If you have trouble getting the connection, you can contact reception.

 

ELECTRIC OUTLETS
Room voltage is 220. All electric outlets in your room are off when your room key is not inserted in the control box. If you would like an additional key so that you may charge any appliances, please ask at the reception.

 

LAUNDRY
A laundry bag is at your disposal in your wardrobe. To make use of this service, please bring down your bag to reception desk before 10.00 am (not available on Saturday and Sunday). The clothes will give back within 24 or 48 hours it depends on the time you left it at reception.

 

LUGGAGE
You can ask for luggage assistance at the reception desk (round the clock) and leave it at the reception in storage free of charge on your departure after your check out, 24 hours a day.

 

PETS
Dogs and cats allowed in the hotel but are totally the responsibility of the guest.

 

DAMAGES
Guest are responsible for any damage to the hotel caused by the misure of facilities, especially in relation to water.

 

CAR PARK
The management will not be held responsible for your car in the carpark.

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa – Master Card – American Express

 

DEPARTURE
An extra charge will be made for check-out after mid-day. Before you leave, would you kindly inform reception of your intentions.
Please, do not forget to return your magnetic card, minibar form, and safe key especially when you leave the hotel.

 

THINK GREEN
We have a smoking rooms. It is strickly forbidden to smoke in a smoking rooms. Please respect our policy.
By switching off the heating when you open the windows. By switching off the lights before going out. By turning off the traps after use or by note letting the water whilst shaving or brushing teeth.
You bed sheets are changed every 3 days. For a more frequent change please ask reception.

 

TOURIST ACTIVITIES OR LEISURES
The Imperial palace, The Imperial theatre, The car museum – The Statuette museum, The vivenel museum, the national stud farm, the state forest, the armistice clearing, to go for pleasure boat, carriage walk, the racecourse.

 

SPORT (CLOSE BY)
Golf – Tennis – Squash – Horse riding – Bicycle – Athletic club – Archery – Swimming pool – Skating club – Bowling – Karting – Jet ski.

The management would appreciate their clients informing them of their opinions or inconvenient during their stay.
